What is a Content Center of Excellence? A Center of Excellence or COE (or CoE) is an array of team members that work in an entity that provides leadership, best practices, research, support, and/or training for a focus area. In this case--Content. The Content Center of Excellence (CCoE) provides strategic content oversight and day-to day management of transformational content changes while directing your resources to support, monitor, and measure the operational performance across the enterprise. As your organization shifts priorities, the CCoE will optimize and scale content practices to ensure that business objectives are met. I will:

  • Lead the content operational excellence workstream including talent and change management-related initiatives across all content journeys.
  • Champion your enterprise’s perspective throughout the company, acting to accelerate change and encourage adoption throughout the company.
  • Optimize and scale leading practices in transformational changes and evolve the CCoE so it’s a best-in-class function within your industry.
  • Design your strategic approach for managing change--manage the change portfolio, and orchestrate the execution of all company content transformations.
  • Interface with your leadership to convene and lead an Advisory Board to align priorities and expectations.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance across regions and facilities through condition-based actions and decisions.
  • Support the development of executive-level analysis, briefings, and reports for and to your senior leadership.
