  • Accelerate all discovery actions with your UX and UI teams such as journey-in-the-life scenarios, stakeholder (internal and external) interviews, audits, gap analyses, and competitive reviews.
  • Conduct research activities such as content testing, taxonomy testing, persona development, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate within multi-disciplinary internal teams to create innovative, best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
  • Design and implement content systems and libraries for all stakeholder artifacts and adhere to best practices for currency and relevancy.
  • Establish global design standards, deliverables, and methodologies within your organization.
  • Use my storytelling abilities to convey concepts and products to your client base.
  • Mentor your dispersed global teams to create solid and cohesive deliverables, to improve presentation skills, and guide personal growth and development plans.
  • Communicate and evangelize with all levels of your management and staff to achieve goals and expected outcomes while fostering strong alliances and relationships.
  • Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill globalization and localization efforts for all product content.
  • Strategize with your key stakeholders on every project as a whole as well as individual needs within each project.
  • Research and report on relevant industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for new or improved online experiences.
  • Delineate and characterize defect resolution and other facets of the quality control process.
  • Identify third-party content sources and solutions to enrich corporate content.
