Step 1

The first thing in my process is to figure out what you have and what you don’t have. I perform an audit with each team involved of which existing information is available for your clients and where and how it exists in your ecosystem. This audit includes customer feedback and customer support information based on persistent issues and questions.

Next, I prepare your gap analysis report based on what I have found and together we roll up our sleeves and begin to make a difference with your information.
